O-JOE Nutritional Apple Pie Shake:
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 scoop vanilla protein
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 – 1 red delicious apple (depending on size)
1/2 tsp apple pie spice
A few ice cubes
Blend everything in a blender until smooth and serve.
