Instructions:
For Use on Automatic Espresso Machines
Insert one Cafiza® tablet in machine opening and follow manufacturer's maintenance and cleaning instructions. Intended for daily use.
For Use on Traditional Espresso Machines
- Insert blind filter in portafilter and add 1 Cafiza® tablet. Insert portafilter into group head.
- Activate brew cycle for 10 seconds. Stop 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
- Remove portafilter. Activate brew cycle and rinse portafilter in stream of water from group head. Stop cycle.
- Insert portafilter into group head. Repeat step (2) without Cafiza® tablet 5 times.
- Make and discard a cup of espresso to ensure no residue remains.

Instructions:
For use on Commercial Boilers and Heating Elements of Coffee and Espresso Equipment
Product is recommended for use on commercial equipment by professional technicians only
- Create a solution using 50 mL Liquid Dezcal™ in 500 mL hot water. For other volumes, use 1:10 ratio of Liquid Dezcal™ to water.
- Add solution to water reservoir.
- Hold solution in vessel for up to 30 minutes.
- Rinse all parts thoroughly.
TIP: Liquid Dezcal™ is suitable for use by both professional technicians and home users alike. When used on commercial and "closed system" brewers (with a holding tank), special attention should be paid to rinsing.

Instructions:
For use on Automatic Milk Frothers
- To fill dosing chamber, loosen cap and squeeze the bottle. Mix solution of 15-30 ml Rinza® Milk Frother Cleaner per 500 ml cold water.
- Insert suction tube into solution.
- Run entire solution through frother.
- Repeat above with clean cold water to thoroughly rinse all components.
For use on Steam Wands and other Dairy-related Equipment
- Soak parts or steam wand for 15-30 minutes in 30 ml Rinza® Milk Frother Cleaner per 500 ml warm water.
- Rinse all components.
