Mobile Coffee Bar

The O-JOE Mobile Coffee Bar is a way of bringing our passion for amazing experiences to you. It's an experience that enables us to connect people and build community. Having a coffee bar set up at your corporate event, wedding, birthday...you name it...is a unique way of showing your guests that you care about them.

Our process and set up is simple: We bring everything! You pay one low price per guest

Ethically sourced coffee that will be roasted the week of your event

Premium teas both herbal & black tea

Fancy Pour Over Coffee such as our Mid-Day Mocha, Caramel Mocha & Vanilla Cream.

Cold brew coffee & tea available upon request (Extra $1 per guest; can be less than 50 for this add-on feature)

Organic FairTrade® Hot Chocolate Available upon request (Extra $1 per guest; can be less than 50 for this add-on feature)

Condiments such as dairy, non-dairy, whip cream, sugar, stir sticks & cups/lids

Café music at the coffee bar

Pricing at $6 per guest and includes any of the above drinks, no limit

$250 set up and take down fee

Minimum 50 guest Charge

3 Hour serving window. If you need us for longer an additional $50 per hour applies.

O-JOE is Smart Serve® certified so we can add a little extra stuff into your drinks if you have a liquor license ;)

Get us to pre brew coffee, and have on demand hot water for our organic teas.

$2 per cup of brewed coffee and/or tea plus HST

Includes cups, lids, organic FairTrade sugar, Bamboo stir sticks, Dairy & Non-Dairy.

From 16 cups up to 150 cups.
