Hello! You've gotten to this page because you clicked the shipping link provided in the fulfillment of your recent order.

Please note the following:

We deliver to the London and surrounding areas every THURSDAY unless otherwise communicated to you.

If we change the day, our fulfillment will have a # with the day of the week you can expect delivery. For example, #TUESDAY-O-JOE-DELIVERY means that you will get your package on Tuesday instead of the regular Wednesday! Sometimes we are quicker than we expect!

Order cut off times are Wednesday 9:00am in order to meet the next delivery day. After the cut off time, your order will be delivered the very next delivery day!

For orders that were shipped Canada Post, CanPar or Loomis, you will have received a separate email with a tracking number. These orders are processed every Mondaty, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday and Shipped out the next business day with a tracking number.
